From Tuesday 3 July until Thursday 5 July Red7Marine will be exhibiting at Seawork International 2018 for the 10th year running.
We will be introducing our new Training Academy that launched at the beginning of June. As the marine partner of choice, we are uniquely positioned to provide hands on training to individuals wishing to pursue a career in the marine sector.
We are committed to reducing the skill shortages within the marine sector and the comprehensive training programme will allow businesses and individuals to be equipped with the necessary skills for the marine sectors. The foundation programme comprises of two-week’s training delivered by our experienced training team which covers an introduction to jack up barges, boat handling, ropework, chart reading, working at height, first aid and sea survival. We will also be using Seawork 2018 as an opportunity to meet potential delegates who are looking to begin a rewarding career with Red7Marine.
Recent developments at Red7Marine have also included the announcement of our newest jack-up barge, the Eurojack 3620 which will enter the near shore construction market in Autumn 2018. The 550 tonne jack-up barge is ideally suited to civil engineering and renewables projects and we are looking forward to discussing potential contracts during the Seawork exhibition.
Chris Allen, Head of Recruitment and Development at Red7Marine comments “We are excited to promote our newly launched Training Academy at Seawork and we are keen to meet enthusiastic and passionate potential delegates who would like to build a career in the marine construction sector. Whether individuals are looking to take part in the course to upskill themselves or would like a complete career change – we are able to cater for many.”
