Red7Marine has completed the installation of the final brow, marking the successful delivery of the new pier at Rotherhithe Pier (formerly DoubleTree Docklands Pier).
We’re proud to have supported Uber Boat by Thames Clippers on this milestone project, delivering both the new pier at Rotherhithe and a new berth at Canary Wharf, laying the foundations for the future of clean, green transport on the River Thames.
This initiative is part of the Clean Maritime Demonstration Competition Round 3 (CMDC3), launched in 2022 and part-funded by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom in collaboration with Innovate UK.
Our scope included:
- Proof dig operations
- Dredging
- Installation of tubular and berthing piles
- Installation of a 42t, 60m brow
- Final pier components
- New northside Clipper berth extension
All delivered from our 250t Haven SeaRiser jack-up barge.
