James Monsey has joined in the role of Project Manager having spent the past couple of years in the United Arab Emirates. This course enabled James to grow design, visual media, and product branding skills. James’ previous experience working in the UAE as a Project Manager has seen him manage and action many marine construction and installation projects, offering turnkey solutions to coastal and marine projects. James’ extensive experience and knowledge of the industry has made him an invaluable member of the team in strengthening the engineering department.

In order to highlight its post-graduate opportunities and bolster the Red7Marine estimating division, Simon Perkins joined the team in the role of Junior Estimator. Simon graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2013 with a BSC Honours Engineers Degree in Aerospace Engineering with Management. With previous experience in the estimation industry, Simon has proved an extremely valuable young graduate advancing the team here at Red7Marine.

Amber Dewitt joined the team back in April in the role of CRM Administrator, in order to vet out and take control of the entire Red7Marine CRM system and database. This will ensure that all relevant contacts are receiving Red7Marine’s latest news and can keep up to date with projects, as well as offering an extra pair of hands in the Marine Hires team.

In line with Red7Marine’s aim to grow the engineering department, Phil Joyner joined the Red7Marine team in May in the role of Senior CAD technician. His expertise and experience have proved very beneficial and Red7Marine is seeing growth and positive developments in this department.

Nick Offord, Managing Director at Red7Marine commented: “We have had an extremely exciting past couple of months, welcoming many new team members to Red7Marine. Each of the new recruits have dived right into their positions and proved invaluable to the company. We look forward to growing each department and strengthening the skills of each new team member.”
