The Challenge
A vast selection of R7M’s marine plant and specialist labour were employed on this project in order to allow various operations to occur over water. A team of R7M workboats and operators worked around the clock to relocate barges at optimum times in order to allow operations to continue unhindered. R7M supplied a number of experienced Bargemaster who oversaw all elements of the project from loading of the barges to piling operations.
R7Ms experience of marine based construction projects allowed our supervisors and operatives to advise other contractors on site of best practises and how processes could be optimised for maximum efficiency.
The items of plant supplied included modular floats, modular pontoons. Modular barges and workboats. These floating solutions housed a verity of cranes, piling equipment, materials and accessories.
